The recent Queensland floods have shocked and sadenned the nation, but us Queenslanders do what we do best. The people of Queensland have pulled together to help one another in so many different ways.

Mooloolaba Prawns are one of the best selling cooked prawns on the market, caught fresh from the ocean to you. They are sweet in flavour with a fine texture.

You get about 40-45 prawns in a kilo of medium cooked ocean king prawns

You get about 20 prawns per kilo if you buy large prawns.

Large prawns look impressive but are slightly tougher to eat.

Vicki Brown is an active advocate of sustainable fishing, and that includes prawn trawling!
